The original Fruit Ninja modes - Arcade, Classic and Zen - cycle in and out of the event select screen based on an event schedule with all of the other events.  Unfortunately they are not currently available to play outside of this event select screen.  We hope to investigate adding these as permanent modes in the future though so please stay tuned!
