For some games on Apple devices, no sound will play if your phone is on silent. Please turn off silent mode, check the sound settings in the game, and turn the device volume all the way up. This should fix any troubles.
You can ensure silent mode is turned off, by swiping down from the middle of the device home screen, searching "silent mode" and turning off the toggle that appears.
Here are some further troubleshooting steps you can try to restore sound in the game:
- Make sure your device’s “mute” switch is in the correct position.
- Press the “+” volume button on your device to ensure the volume is up.
- Ensure your device is not muted by opening at least three other apps and listening for audio. Please note: certain apps like YouTube will play audio even if the device is muted, check a selection of apps and games.
- Return to the game, and open the settings menu.
- Slide the sound effects, music, and dialogue audio sliders to the right, to reach 100%. If these are at 0%, no audio will play.
