Note: this is for version 2.x.x. If you are on version 3.x.x of the game, please see the "Migration" section.
STEP 1: CHECK FOR GUEST ACCOUNTS
- Open Fruit Ninja on the device where your primary account is located
- On the Fruit Ninja home screen, tap the Settings cog on the upper right hand corner
- Tap on your profile at the bottom of the menu (next to the settings cog)
- Select 'Profiles' on the left side of the screen
- Check to see if more than one account is present
- Sign in with each profile and see if your progress appears
STEP 2: CONNECT WITH FACEBOOK OR GOOGLE PLAY GAMES
If you've ever signed in with Facebook or Google Play Games then you should be able to recover your progress by signing in again.
- Open Fruit Ninja on the device where your primary account is located
- On the Fruit Ninja home screen, tap the Settings cog on the upper right hand corner
- Tap on your profile at the bottom of the menu (next to the settings cog)
- Select 'Manage Profile'
- Click 'Manage Connections'
- Select 'Connect with Facebook' or 'Connect with Google Play Games' and follow the prompts
