You should be able to access blades and dojos lent via the daily login bonus system from the top of the blades or dojo list, which is accessible in Classic, Zen and Arcade mode. See the image below:

Daily Login bonus is currently unavailable in this version. Any lent items are revoked when updating from 2.x.x.
