How are Bans Handled?

When league events are created, we have mutliple variables and pieces of information that are shared with Google Play, so they can monitor and review score values in the leaderboards. These leaderboards are tied directly to Google Play accounts, as such, we cannot access or modify them in any way ourselves.

Based on this information, players found to be abusing the game, or otherwise tampering with legitimate gameplay, may be removed from the leaderboard and Leagues event at the discretion of Google Play. We cannot restore your access once it's been revoked, we do not have the ability to.

Other Issues?

You can report issues to us, if you believe there's been a genuine mistake, and we can investigate to improve in the future, but we cannot promise an immediate fix, or restore your access to the Google Play League.

When reporting an issue, please provide us with as much evidence as possible, along with your Fruit Ninja user ID. This is supplied automatically if you contact us from within the game. If contacting us from a web browser, please include a screenshot of the game settings menu.
