We have a couple of steps we'd like you to try to see if they resolve your issue:

STEP 1: CONNECT WITH FACEBOOK
If you've ever signed in with Facebook then you should be able to recover your progress by signing in again.
* Open Dan the Man on the device where your primary account is located
* Press the Configuration button
* Select 'Connect with Facebook' and follow the prompts

STEP 2: WE WILL HELP YOU.
In case the above option do not work, leave it to us, we will try to help you recover your account and, if that is not possible, we will try to compensate you in some way.

To do this we will need your Bricknet account information.

For this to come to us, all you have to do is press the Settings button at the bottom of the screen, then tap the version number 5 times. When you do so, a pre-filled text will automatically appear. COPY AND PASTE that data/text into your answer and we can use this to access your account.
