If you have made a purchase via Google Play, you will need to ensure that you have the Purchase Order Number for the transaction you wanted refunded (the order number usually starts with “GPA”.)

Please also keep in mind that we will only refund a purchase if a refund request comes within 7 days of the transaction being made. If the refund request is outside the 7-day period of that transaction being made, then we cannot refund you.
