We try to screen for as many inappropriate ads as we can and have them removed before release.  Unfortunately, as we don’t choose the individual ads and each country sees different ones, some fall through the cracks.

If you come across any others please let our customer support team know by scrolling down to "contact us" below. They will need the following information from you: 

  • Please describe the incident in detail. 
  • Is there a specific ad that is causing issues for you?
  • When did you start facing this issue?
  • Is the problem occurring consistently, or does it happen on and off? 
  • What solutions have you tried on your own?
  • Are you able to send us a screenshot or video whilst the Ad is playing so we're able to identify the Ad provider and get it removed?

Additional Instructions: 

  •  The Ad provider's info usually appears in the corners of the screen while it's playing.
  • Tap on the Ad to reveal the Ad provider's details.
  • Snap a screenshot or record a video of the Ad while it's displayed.
  •  Send the screenshot or video to us.
