Firstly, if your device is an iOS device (Apple) then we cannot assist you as Apple are responsible for all purchases made on their devices. As such, if your purchase was made on an iOS device, you will need to speak to them directly.
If the purchase was made via Google Play, then we can indeed assist. (Please keep in mind that we will only refund a purchase within 7 days of the transaction. If this request is outside that 7 day period, then we cannot refund you.)
Just send through the Purchase Order Numbers in your receipts (the order number usually starts with "GPA") to the Customer Support team so that that can jump right onto investigating that refund for you. You can find them either in-game through the Support button, or by contacting us on our website here.
