If you are seeing a popup labelled "Cloud backup failed" appear at the top of the game's screen, this is an indication that your device is not using a cloud backup, which puts your game progress at risk of being lost.

For Android we use Google Play Games for saving game progress.

Follow these steps to ensure your backup is working correctly:
  1. Go to your device settings and ensure you are signed in to your Google account
  2. Launch Jetpack Joyride and make sure you select to sign in with a Google Play Games profile on the loading screen
