Jetpack Joyride 2 stores all of your game data on your iCloud backup for Apple Arcade. This means that unfortunately we're unable to restore anything or see it on our end.

However, there are a couple of ways to check if your game data is recoverable.

1. In Jetpack Joyride 2 you can have multiple save slots. You can find these in the "Settings" or "⚙️" in the game. If you see a save slot with the progress you made, tap that save slot to load the progress into the game. Onto step 2 if that doesn't help.

2. Check to make sure you have iCloud backups enabled in the "Settings" App on your iPhone, iPod, or iPad. You can check this by Tapping your name at the top, Tapping on iCloud, and making sure that "Jetpack 2" has the green slider. If it is grey it is not being backed up.

3. Lastly Make sure you signed in to Apple Game Center. To check this go to your "Settings" App on your iPhone, iPod, or iPad. Tap on "Game Center" and make sure the account is logged in with your Username. If it's not logged in, it's probably best to do so. That way you get to keep your achievements!
