Steps to submit a removal request or directly delete your data differ slightly for our Halfbrick+ Games compared to Free-to-Play titles. See below for exact instructions:

Free-to-Play Games

Dan the Man

Select Settings ⚙️ -> Support -> Contact Us

Follow the prompts to reach out to us, and we'll assist.

Jetpack Joyride

Select Settings ⚙️ -> Support -> Contact Us

Follow the prompts to reach out to us, and we'll assist.

Fruit Ninja

Select Settings ⚙️ -> Delete Profile -> Confirm

This option is permanent, and we cannot recover progress after deletion.

Fruit Ninja 2

Select Settings ⚙️ -> Delete Profile -> Confirm

Halfbrick+ Games

Delete Halfbrick+ Account

Select the plus "+" symbol from the game menu in the top right of the screen.

If you have an account, sign in.

Once signed in, select "Delete Account" from the menu.

You can then delete the game to remove any local progress.

Note

Deleting your Halfbrick+ account will also delete all data and access to games in the service. Please ensure you cancel any subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play.
