You will start with 3 hearts and 3 lives. These represent your health. The number of lives left is indicated by the number of Barry faces displayed at the top of the screen. 

Whenever you get hit, your health gradually decreases, and the hearts will visibly diminish on the left side of the screen.  

Whenever you take damage, the screen will turn slightly red. This visual cue alerts you to the impact and allows you to react swiftly and avoid further harm.

Losing all 3 hearts will result in losing 1 live.  When you lose all 3 hearts (and still have lives left), you'll be immediately teleported to another area of the game, away from the zombie horde. Use this opportunity to regain your momentum and prepare yourself before they come after you again.

If you lose all 3 hearts and have no lives left, don't despair! You will restart the level, allowing you to gather your courage and face the zombie apocalypse once more. Embrace the challenge, improve your skills, and show those zombies who's boss!
