With the recent release of Monster Dash into Halfbrick+, there have been changes made to the monetisation, in that we've removed all in-app purchases and ads:

If you've made one of those removed in-app purchases in the past before this update, depending on how long ago it was made, we can do our best to help you, provided you can supply proof of purchase. Here's how to do that:
